It’s my birthday next week, I love a birthday. Although, this year I haven’t really asked for anything, so it will be a big surprise. At the start of the month, my emails started to fill up with birthday treats. I think for the last few years I have had a little bit of birthday love in my inbox. Things like a free glass of wine with a main course at restaurant.

This year I have noticed a big increase in the amount of offers I am being sent, it’s great but it’s also making me want to spend lots of money. The perfect marketing strategy. I have been offered bottles of wine, discounts from my favourite online shopping places. Discounts off meals, free birthday meals, free make up items when placing an on-line order. Not forgetting numerous discounts for both online shops and the high street. The world of fill your inbox with temping birthday offers seems to be very popular right now.
